15-Minute Ramen Fix (Print)

Simple gluten-free ramen with rich, creamy broth and rice noodles.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup plain soy milk (unsweetened)
02 - 1 cup light broth with less sodium
03 - 1 block gluten-free ramen noodles

→ Aromatics & Seasonings

04 - 1 tablespoon vinegar made from rice
05 - Chopped green onion (1 piece)
06 - 2 tablespoons tamari, gluten-free
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame-flavored oil
08 - ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
09 - ½ teaspoon chopped garlic

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - Toppings of your choice
11 - Any veggies you like
12 - Extra spicy chili oil or chili sauce
13 - Pick your favorite protein

# Steps:

01 - Heat sesame oil in a pan, toss in garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir for 2-3 minutes till you smell the aroma.
02 - Pour in the broth and soy milk. Let it gently cook on low for 5 minutes, just until it’s warmed through.
03 - Take the broth off the heat, then mix in tamari and the rice vinegar.
04 - Drop in cooked noodles, toss on any extras you want, and enjoy right away.
