# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz cooked egg noodles, prepared how you like.
02 - 1 pound Italian sausage, ground.
03 - 2 chopped bell peppers.
04 - 3 teaspoons garlic, minced.
05 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herb blend.
06 - Half a cup of white wine for cooking.
07 - 1 large can (28 oz) of diced tomatoes, including the liquid.
08 - One tablespoon of dried basil leaves.
09 - Season with salt and pepper as desired.
10 - Grated Parmesan cheese for topping.
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.

# Steps:

01 - In a big pan or deep skillet, cook the ground sausage and bell peppers together over medium-high heat. Stir until the sausage browns and the peppers lose their crunch.
02 - Turn the heat to medium and mix in the minced garlic along with the Italian seasoning. Let everything cook for 30 seconds until you can smell the garlic.
03 - Pour in the white cooking wine, stirring occasionally, and let it simmer until about half of the liquid is gone.
04 - Add the diced tomatoes with their juice and the dried basil. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper to suit your taste. Stir until everything is blended well.
05 - Gently toss in the cooked egg noodles, making sure they’re evenly coated with the mixture. Heat until everything is warm.
06 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan and fresh parsley on top before digging in.
