Loaded Tater Skewers (Print)

Tots, bacon, and cheese threaded on skewers for a crunchy, melty snack everyone will enjoy. A quick go-to for parties.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1-2 chopped green onions
03 - 48 frozen tater tots
04 - 1/4 cup bacon crumbles

→ For Serving

05 - Dip sour cream on the side

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F and bake tater tots for 28 minutes. Flip midway so they crisp up nicely.
02 - Set the tater tots aside for a few moments until they’re cool enough to hold easily.
03 - Push 4-6 tater tots onto wooden skewers, then lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
04 - Sprinkle cheese, bacon bits, and part of the chopped green onions on the skewered tots.
05 - Pop back in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts and gets a bit bubbly.
06 - Scatter the rest of the green onions over the top and pair with the sour cream before serving.
