Crispy Air Fryer Tofu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 block (16 oz) extra-firm tofu
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil, toasted
04 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Use a tofu press or place a heavy object on tofu, pressing for 15 minutes or more. Slice into small cubes before tossing into a bowl.
02 - Mix everything else in a small bowl. Drizzle it over the tofu pieces, stir till coated, and let it sit for 15 minutes to soak in flavors.
03 - Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Layer tofu evenly in it, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Shake every few minutes so it crisps up all around.

# Notes:

01 - Olive oil alone works if sesame oil isn’t available.
02 - Keeps fresh in the fridge for 4-5 days.
03 - The crispier the texture you want, the firmer the tofu should be.
