Use a tofu press or place a heavy object on tofu, pressing for 15 minutes or more. Slice into small cubes before tossing into a bowl.

Mix everything else in a small bowl. Drizzle it over the tofu pieces, stir till coated, and let it sit for 15 minutes to soak in flavors.

Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Layer tofu evenly in it, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Shake every few minutes so it crisps up all around.
