Crispy Cod with Lemon Butter (Print)

Golden cod fillets fried to perfection, finished with a buttery herb-laced lemon sauce.

# Ingredients:

01 - Four pieces of cod (6 oz each).
02 - Butter, 4 tablespoons.
03 - Two tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - Juice from one lemon.
05 - A couple of tablespoons of fresh mixed herbs.
06 - Add salt and pepper as needed.

# Steps:

01 - Dry off the fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
02 - Cook the cod in a pan for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until it’s flaky.
03 - Melt the butter, stir in the lemon juice, then toss in the herbs.
04 - Drizzle the sauce on top of the cod and dig in.

# Notes:

01 - The fish is ready when it flakes apart easily.
02 - Use any tender herbs you like.
