Crispy Cod with Lemon Butter

Golden cod fillets fried to perfection, finished with a buttery herb-laced lemon sauce.
# Ingredients:

Four pieces of cod (6 oz each).

Butter, 4 tablespoons.
03 -
Two tablespoons of olive oil.

Juice from one lemon.
05 -
A couple of tablespoons of fresh mixed herbs.

Add salt and pepper as needed.
# Steps:

Dry off the fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook the cod in a pan for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until it’s flaky.

Melt the butter, stir in the lemon juice, then toss in the herbs.
04 -
Drizzle the sauce on top of the cod and dig in.

The fish is ready when it flakes apart easily.
