Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Print)

Soft, flavorful boneless thighs marinated in a sweet-salty mix, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

→ Marinade

02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
03 - 1 tablespoon oil (olive preferred)
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoky paprika
06 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, oil, sugar, and spices until smooth.
02 - Toss chicken thighs in the marinade, making sure each piece is covered well.
03 - Set your air fryer to 380 degrees F to preheat.
04 - Lay chicken in a single layer, smooth side facing down. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the middle hits 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Stores in the fridge for up to three days
02 - Reheat at 370°F for about 1-3 minutes
03 - Don’t stack the pieces in your air fryer
