Crispy Potato Slices (Print)

Golden, crispy potato slices with garlic and herbs, air-fried to perfection. Great as a quick side dish or tasty snack.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 big potatoes.
02 - 1 tsp dried herb mix.
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
04 - 1/2 tsp salt.
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder.

# Steps:

01 - Scrub the potatoes and slice them into thin, round pieces about 1/2 cm thick. Toss the slices into water as you cut.
02 - Pour out the water and dry the slices thoroughly with towels. Make sure no water is left on them.
03 - Toss the dried slices in a bowl with the olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, and salt till they're well coated.
04 - Spread the slices out in the air fryer basket, keeping them in one layer. Cook at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
05 - Look for a crispy, golden finish. If needed, add 2 more minutes of cooking. Serve while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Soaking helps your slices crisp up better by removing the starch.
02 - Keep the air fryer basket spaced out for even cooking.
