Scrub the potatoes and slice them into thin, round pieces about 1/2 cm thick. Toss the slices into water as you cut.

Pour out the water and dry the slices thoroughly with towels. Make sure no water is left on them.

Toss the dried slices in a bowl with the olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, and salt till they're well coated.

Spread the slices out in the air fryer basket, keeping them in one layer. Cook at 390°F for 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Look for a crispy, golden finish. If needed, add 2 more minutes of cooking. Serve while hot.
