Easy Game Day Nachos (Print)

Crispy nachos topped with beef, gooey cheese, and fresh veggies, all made quick in the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 1 roma tomato, diced.
03 - ½ teaspoon oregano.
04 - Chopped fresh cilantro.
05 - ½ lb ground beef.
06 - Sour cream for serving.
07 - ¼ teaspoon pepper.
08 - ½ bell pepper, diced.
09 - ½ teaspoon salt.
10 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
11 - ½ teaspoon cumin.
12 - 4 cups tortilla chips.
13 - 1 scallion, sliced.

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet, cook the ground beef seasoned with spices. Drain the fat and move it aside.
02 - Turn the air fryer to 320°F. Use parchment to line the bottom of the basket.
03 - Start with layers of chips, beef, tomato, cheese, and peppers. Add more layers with the remaining ingredients.
04 - Air fry for around 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
05 - Scatter scallions, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream on top.

# Notes:

01 - Spread layers well so chips stay crisp.
02 - Keep the air fryer basket roomy.
03 - Warm leftovers back up in the air fryer at 320°F for 2-3 minutes.
