Crispy Tofu Without Cornstarch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One (16-oz) pack of extra-firm tofu
02 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (toasted)
04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
05 - 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Squish the tofu for no less than 15 minutes using a press or something heavy like a pan. Chop it into smaller chunks and place them in a bowl.
02 - In a small bowl, mix everything else together. Pour this mixture over the tofu and give it a good toss so it’s fully coated. Let it sit and soak up the flavor for 15 minutes.
03 - Get your air fryer preheated to 375°F (190°C). Layer the tofu pieces evenly and let them cook for about 10-15 minutes. Give the basket a few shakes here and there for even results.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap all the sesame oil for olive oil if you want.
02 - Stays good for 4-5 days in the fridge.
03 - The super-firm kind of tofu works best to make it extra crispy.
