01 -
Start by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it warms up while you prep.
02 -
Take one crescent dough roll, spread it out in a greased 9x13-inch dish. Push the seams together and make sure it slightly goes up the edges.
03 -
Place half the slices of ham, salami, and provolone evenly over the crescent bottom.
04 -
Scatter the sliced roasted red peppers, banana pepper rings, and pepperoni over the layered meats and cheese.
05 -
Sprinkle Italian herbs evenly over the pepper and pepperoni layer.
06 -
Top it all off with the remaining slices of provolone, salami, and ham.
07 -
Spread the second crescent roll on top, pinching the edges gently to seal everything in.
08 -
Use a pastry brush to coat the top layer of dough with olive oil. Then, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over it.
09 -
Pop your dish into the already heated oven and let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the crescent topping turns golden and the cheese underneath is bubbling.
10 -
Cool for a few minutes before slicing into hand-held squares. Add fresh lettuce and tomato slices if you like a little something extra on the side.
