Preheat oven to 375°F with a baking sheet inside. Allow the pie crust to sit out for 10-20 minutes. Poke holes with a fork in the bottom and sides. Place crust on the baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes until it has a light golden color.

Whip the cream cheese until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one, making sure each is blended well. Fold in the chopped shrimp and the shredded cheese.

Pour the shrimp mixture into the partially baked crust. Put it back on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes. It's done when the middle is set and the top is lightly golden.
