Creamy Salmon Tomato (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 to 4 pieces of salmon, no skin.
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
03 - 1 tsp of basil, dried.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1/2 tsp thyme, dried.
07 - 3/4 tsp of red pepper flakes.
08 - 1/4 tsp salt.
09 - 1/4 tsp black pepper.
10 - 1 cup chicken stock, unsalted.
11 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
12 - 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced.
13 - 5 minced garlic cloves.
14 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
15 - Basil leaves, fresh, for dressing.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir herbs and spices together. Coat salmon with half.
02 - Heat up oil. Brown salmon for about 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
03 - Cook garlic with tomatoes for a bit. Pour in the stock to loosen everything up.
04 - Stir in cream, cheese, and the rest of your spice mix. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes until thicker.
05 - Place salmon back in the pan, let it simmer in the sauce for 3 to 5 minutes. Add fresh basil on top.

# Notes:

01 - 3 minutes gives medium texture, 5 minutes for fully done salmon.
02 - You can swap in the oil from sun-dried tomatoes for stronger flavor.
