Creamy Chicken Ups (Print)

Soft tortillas packed with creamy chicken filling, cheese, and crisp veggies. Sliced into easy-to-eat rolls, they’re great for any event.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of shredded, cooked chicken.
02 - 8 oz of cream cheese, softened at room temp.
03 - 1/2 cup of sour cream, fresh.
04 - 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded fresh.
05 - 1/2 cup of finely diced red bell pepper.
06 - 1/2 cup of thinly sliced green onions.
07 - 1/2 cup of corn kernels, sweet.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.
11 - Add salt and pepper based on your taste.
12 - 4 large flour tortillas.

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, stir together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Season with cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - Toss in the chicken, shredded cheese, corn, green onions, and diced peppers. Mix until everything looks evenly distributed.
03 - Take a tortilla and spread some of the filling evenly across it, leaving a little space free around the edges.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and pop it in the fridge for an hour to firm up.
05 - Slice the chilled rolls into pinwheels about an inch thick. Put them on a platter and serve cold.
