Creamy Chicken Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of shredded chicken, already cooked.
02 - Two cans of white beans (15 oz each), drained.
03 - 1 small can of green chilies (4 oz).
04 - 4 cups of chicken stock.
05 - Optional: 1 cup of frozen corn.
06 - 1 diced medium onion.
07 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
08 - 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
09 - 1 teaspoon chili seasoning.
10 - Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika.
11 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
12 - Half a cup of heavy cream.
13 - Season with as much salt and pepper as you'd like.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the garlic and onion in a pan until they're soft and smell amazing.
02 - Toss in the spices and chilies, then mix everything together well.
03 - Pour in the stock, and add the beans, chicken, and corn. Let it all bubble gently for 15 to 20 minutes.
04 - Mix in the cream cheese so it melts, then pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Smash a few beans to make things thicker.
02 - Spicy? Throw in some jalapeƱos if you want more kick.
