Berry Cheesecake Salad (Print)

A no-bake creamy dessert mixing fresh berries like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries in a light cheesecake blend. Great for hot days or last-minute treats.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake Mix

01 - 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Fresh Berries and More

06 - 1 cup blueberries
07 - 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
08 - 1 cup raspberries
09 - 1 cup blackberries
10 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

# Steps:

01 - Whisk the softened cream cheese until smooth in a big bowl. Add yogurt, vanilla, and powdered sugar, and mix until everything’s creamy and blended well.
02 - Carefully fold in the whipped topping so the mixture stays airy and fluffy.
03 - Rinse all the berries thoroughly, dry them, and cut strawberries into smaller pieces.
04 - Toss the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and marshmallows (if you're adding them) into the cheesecake mix. Gently stir to coat everything evenly.
05 - Pop the mixture in the fridge for half an hour to cool. Once ready, serve it cold and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Prep Ahead: Feel free to make the cheesecake filling early, but wait until just before serving to mix in the fruit so it stays fresh.
02 - Keep Fresh: Store any extra in a sealed container in the fridge for no more than 2 days.
03 - Try a Crunch: Add some granola or crushed graham crackers right before eating for added texture.
