Holiday Pork Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs.
02 - A third of a cup of ketchup.
03 - Half a teaspoon each of salt and black pepper.
04 - One and a half pounds of ground pork.
05 - One tiny onion, grated finely.
06 - A cup of panko-style breadcrumbs.
07 - Two spoonfuls of Worcestershire sauce.
08 - A quarter cup of freshly chopped parsley.
09 - Two cups of cranberry sauce for the glaze.
10 - A full cup of ketchup, used to make the glaze.
11 - Three tablespoons of brown sugar, packed.
12 - A single tablespoon of lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Put baking paper on a tray.
02 - Throw all the meatball ingredients together, then shape into 32 balls.
03 - Pop meatballs in oven for 20-25 minutes until the insides hit 160°F.
04 - Heat cranberry mix with ketchup, sugar, and lemon juice till bubbly.
05 - Toss meatballs into the warm sauce. Mix until they're coated and heated through.
