Quick Crab Salad (Print)

A seafood treat combining faux crab, celery, onion, and dill in a simple mayo dressing.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayo.
02 - 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay spice mix.
04 - 1/2 cup diced celery.
05 - 3 tablespoons chopped red onion.
06 - 1 pound flaky imitation crab meat.
07 - A couple of teaspoons of fresh lemon juice.
08 - Salt and pepper, sprinkled as needed.

# Steps:

01 - Toss everything together gently in a big bowl until it’s all combined.
02 - You can serve it right away or let it sit in the fridge for a bit. Add some dill on top if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Swapping imitation crab for real crab is totally fine.
02 - Go fresh with dill for the best flavor.
03 - Store in the fridge and use within 2 days.
