Cowboy Butter Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard
02 - 1/2 cup butter, unsalted and softened

→ Fresh Herbs

03 - 2 tsp garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley
05 - 1 tbsp chopped chives
06 - 2 tsp fresh thyme

→ Seasonings

07 - 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp kosher salt
09 - 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
10 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
11 - 1/8 tsp cayenne
12 - 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl or blender and mix until it’s completely combined.
02 - Shape the mixture into a log, wrap it in plastic, then chill for at least 2 hours or up to a full day.
03 - Microwave until melted, heating for 20-second bursts and stirring each time.

# Notes:

01 - Two uses: as a butter or dipping sauce
02 - Stays good in the fridge up to 5 days
