Ground chicken filled with ham, Swiss cheese, and crispy breadcrumbs, served with smooth Dijon sauce for a comforting dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons diced onions.
02 - 1/4 cup regular breadcrumbs.
03 - 1 egg.
04 - 2 pounds of ground chicken.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes.
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder.
07 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
08 - 6 pieces of Swiss cheese.
09 - 6 slices of chicken ham.
10 - 3 tablespoons butter.
11 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
12 - 1 cup milk.
13 - 3/4 cup crispy panko crumbs.
14 - 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
15 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
16 - 1 tablespoon Dijon.

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine chicken, egg, mayo, breadcrumbs, and seasonings in a bowl.
02 - Place half of the chicken mix in a loaf pan, layer with ham and cheese, then cover with the rest of the mix.
03 - Bake for 25 minutes. Add panko crumb topping and bake another 15 minutes until it turns golden brown.
04 - Whisk butter and flour to make a roux. Mix in milk, cream, Dijon, and Parmesan until creamy.
05 - Let it sit for about 5 minutes, slice, and pour the gravy over before serving.
