Cookie Dough Fudge Bites (Print)

Bite-sized fudge squares combining creamy cookie dough and mini chocolate chips for a rich, no-bake treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1/2 cup (111g) salted butter, softened
02 - 1/4 cup (58g) granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 cup (123g) brown sugar
04 - 2 tbsp milk
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 1 1/2 cups (228g) heat-treated all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1 cup (200g) mini chocolate chips

→ Fudge Base

09 - 1 cup (200g) Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
10 - 1 (14 oz/193ml) can sweetened condensed milk

# Steps:

01 - Place the mini chocolate chips in the freezer until needed in step 6.
02 - Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
03 - Measure out the all-purpose flour in a medium bowl and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until it reaches 165°F (74°C). Stir and set aside.
04 - In a stand mixer or using an electric hand mixer, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
05 - Mix the heat-treated flour and salt into the wet mixture until completely incorporated. Set aside.
06 - In a small bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
07 - Pour the white chocolate mixture into the cookie dough mixture and combine until smooth.
08 - Fold in the frozen mini chocolate chips quickly.
09 - Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
10 - Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm before cutting into squares. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
