Grab a bowl and stir crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it holds together. Firmly press this mixture into an 8x8-inch pan to create a crust. Let it chill in the fridge while you work on the cookie dough.

Beat the soft butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Pour in the milk and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Slowly fold in the heat-treated flour and mix well. Toss in the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
