Cookie Dough Bars (Print)

No-bake cookie bars with a rich layer of chocolate chip dough on top of a chocolate graham cracker base.

# Ingredients:

01 - Bottom Layer: Melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter. Mix it with 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers (or crushed chocolate cookies).
02 - Cookie Dough: Combine 1 cup softened unsalted butter, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 tsp vanilla. Slowly mix in 2 cups heat-treated all-purpose flour, then fold in 1 cup chocolate chips, keeping extra for sprinkling.

# Steps:

01 - Grab a bowl and stir crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it holds together. Firmly press this mixture into an 8x8-inch pan to create a crust. Let it chill in the fridge while you work on the cookie dough.
02 - Beat the soft butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Pour in the milk and vanilla, mixing until smooth. Slowly fold in the heat-treated flour and mix well. Toss in the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
03 - Evenly spread the cookie dough over the firm crust. Sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top and lightly press them into the dough so they stick.
04 - Pop the bars into the fridge for at least 2 hours to set. Once firm, cut them into squares and serve cold for a sweet, no-bake treat.

# Notes:

01 - These chilled bars have a chocolate crust and creamy cookie dough filling.
02 - Perfect for fans of cookie dough and super easy to whip up!
