Sweet Pineapple Bliss (Print)

This soft, fruity cake combines crushed pineapple and condensed milk for a sweet tropical taste in every slice. It’s incredibly easy and packed with flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Essential Items

01 - 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
02 - ½ cup butter, melted
03 - 3 eggs, large
04 - Pinch of table salt
05 - 1 ½ cups of drained pineapple chunks, crushed
06 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
07 - 1 tsp rising agent (baking powder)
08 - 1 ½ cups regular flour

# Steps:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a square 9×9-inch pan.
02 - Take a mixing bowl and stir together the condensed milk, pineapple, eggs, melty butter, and the vanilla part until it's smooth.
03 - In another bowl, sift salt, flour, and the baking powder. Gently combine this dry mix into your wet bowl till it's just mixed.
04 - Pour that mixed-up batter into your ready pan and make sure the top is nicely even.
05 - Put it in the oven for 40–45 mins. It's done when you stick in a toothpick, and it comes out clean.
06 - Once baked, give it time to cool entirely before chopping it into 9 square slices.

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle shredded coconut or some fresh citrus peel to pack more flavor in.
02 - If using fresh pineapple, finely chop and drain it first. Swap it for the canned stuff.
03 - Keep leftovers in a sealed container. Room temp works for 3 days; a fridge can stretch it to a week.
04 - Serve this dessert alongside vanilla ice cream. Hot or cold, it works both ways!
