Quick Jello Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Egg whites from 3 large eggs.
02 - A pinch of salt (about ⅛ teaspoon).
03 - 3 and a half tablespoons of the Jello flavor you like best.
04 - ¾ cup of regular sugar.
05 - 1 tablespoon of plain white vinegar.
06 - Optional: Tiny chocolate chips or colorful sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 250°F and preheat it. Cover your baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Whip up the egg whites with the salt until they start to get foamy.
03 - Add in the sugar and Jello, then beat until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the vinegar and, if you want, chips.
04 - Either pipe or scoop the mix onto your tray. Toss on sprinkles if you'd like.
05 - Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes. Once done, turn off the oven but leave the meringue inside for another 20 to 30 minutes.
06 - Pull everything out and allow it to cool down completely.

# Notes:

01 - The number of cookies you'll get depends on their size.
02 - Use separate mixes for different Jello flavors.
03 - Keep them fresh by storing in a sealed container at room temperature.
