# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack of vanilla or plain cake mix.
02 - 1 cup milk or water.
03 - 3 eggs, large.
04 - ⅓ cup of canola oil or vegetable oil.
05 - 1 small box (3.4 oz) dry instant vanilla pudding mix.
06 - Food coloring gel in shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple.
07 - ¾ cup butter, unsalted and softened.
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
09 - ¼ cup of cream or milk.
10 - 3 to 4 cups of powdered sugar.
11 - Sour candy belts or colorful sprinkles.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and line a 12-slot muffin tray with cupcake liners.
02 - Mix together the eggs, liquid (milk or water), cake mix, pudding powder, and oil for about 2 minutes.
03 - Divide the batter equally across six bowls, and tint each one with a different food color gel.
04 - Spoon the colored batters one by one into the cupcake liners, layering them without stirring together.
05 - Pop them into the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Once baked, let them cool fully.
06 - Whip the softened butter and vanilla until smooth, then slowly beat in powdered sugar and cream until fluffy.
07 - Spread the fluffy frosting on top of each cupcake and top them off with candy belts or sprinkles.
