Fluffy bread made with eggs, cream cheese, and tartar—a tasty fix for keto and low-carb breakfasts.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 tsp cream of tartar.
02 - 3 large eggs.
03 - 3 tablespoons full-fat cream cheese, softened.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 300°F. Separate the egg whites from the yolks carefully.
02 - Blend the cream cheese and yolks together until smooth and creamy.
03 - Whisk the whites and cream of tartar until they’re fluffy and form stiff peaks.
04 - Gently mix the fluffy whites with the yolk mixture, folding slowly to combine.
05 - Place scoops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until they’re lightly golden.

# Notes:

01 - Go for full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
02 - Stays good for 3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge.
03 - Freeze them with parchment between layers if needed.
