# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 1 1/4 cup whole milk (300g)

04 - 4 tbs unsalted butter, melted (56g)
05 - 1/2 cup brown sugar (110g)

08 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon (3g)

# Steps:

01 - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, melted butter, and brown sugar until fully incorporated.

03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat (approximately 325°F or 165°C).
04 - Add a pat of butter to the preheated skillet to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
05 - Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet for each pancake. Cook for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until the underside is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for an additional minute.
06 - Plate the pancakes and serve warm with real maple syrup and butter.
