# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 4 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
04 - 2 tablespoons plain water
05 - 1/4 cup cooking oil, vegetable type

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (confectioners')
07 - 2/3 cup cocoa powder
08 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 1/2 cup chunks or chips of chocolate
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher)
11 - 1 1/4 cups sugar

→ Topping

12 - Chocolate wafers made for melting
13 - 3 cups strawberries, with green tops taken off

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F to preheat. Use parchment paper to line an 8-inch baking pan, then give it a grease with cooking spray.
02 - In a big bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, melted butter, plain water, and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Stir together the sugar, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix this with the wet ingredients gently, just until they come together.
04 - Add in the chocolate chunks or chips by folding them into the mix. Pour everything into the pan you set up earlier.
05 - Bake the batter for 35 to 40 minutes or until it’s barely set. Let it cool down completely in the pan before moving forward.
06 - Turn your strawberries so their cut sides are facing down and place them on the brownies. Drizzle melted chocolate on top. Wait for the chocolate to harden before cutting into squares.

# Notes:

01 - For the melted drizzle, you can swap chocolate chips in for the wafers.
02 - Make sure your brownies are fully cool before putting on the toppings.
