Parmesan Chicken Dinner (Print)

One pan, three delicious foods: crispy chicken, golden roasted potatoes, and flavorful green beans. Perfect for no-mess, easy weeknight meals.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, sliced into 3-4 pieces around an inch thick.
02 - 5 tablespoons of olive oil, split into portions.
03 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped, portioned as needed.
04 - 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese, finely grated, split into two parts.
05 - 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs with an Italian seasoning kick.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of cracked black pepper, plus a little extra for flavor.
07 - Sea salt, 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon, with more for personal taste.
08 - 2 pounds of small red potatoes, chopped into little chunks.
09 - 1 pound of fresh green beans, with ends trimmed off.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F. Line a large pan with parchment or give it a nice greasing.
02 - Toss your potato bites with some olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Spread them onto a third of the pan. Bake them by themselves for 10-15 minutes.
03 - Coat chicken in olive oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and spices. Put it on the pan next to the semi-roasted potatoes.
04 - Mix beans with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Fill the last empty space on the pan with them.
05 - Bake everything together for about 25 minutes. Make sure the chicken’s middle hits 165°F. Broil for 4-5 minutes if you want potatoes extra crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Thicker chicken pieces will take longer to cook, so keep an eye on them.
02 - Use a rack under the chicken if you want the underside to crisp up better.
03 - Adding a pinch of oregano or Italian herbs boosts flavor.
