11 - A pair of ripe avocados, cut into slices
12 - A dash of salt and black pepper, as preferred
13 - 1 tablespoon of lime juice, to keep them fresh

# Instructions:

01 - Mix honey, lime peel, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the chicken into the mixture and let it sit to soak up the flavors for 15 minutes or longer.
02 - Warm up a skillet or grill to medium-high temperature. Place the marinated chicken on it and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until it's completely cooked and no pink remains. Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.
03 - Take a bowl and blend the rice with salt, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir everything together to evenly mix.
04 - Gently toss the avocado slices in a bit of lime juice, salt, and pepper to maintain their color and seasoning.
05 - Lay down a base of cilantro lime rice on a dish, top it with slices of cooked chicken, and finish with a layer of avocado. Any leftover honey-lime dressing can be poured over everything.
