Toasted loaf filled with gooey cheese, black and green olives, and a spicy kick. Sure to wow the crowd!

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
03 - 1/2 cup mayo
04 - 1 French bread loaf, about 14 inches

→ Filling

05 - 6 oz jar of pimiento-stuffed green olives (drained)
06 - 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
07 - Two diced green onion stalks
08 - 2.25 oz can of black olives (drained and sliced)

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven to 350°F. Slice the bread lengthwise, hollowing out a bit of the middle. Lay the halves on your baking tray.
02 - In a big bowl, stir together the mayo, butter, and Sriracha until it’s creamy. Add the cheese, olives, and green onions, then mix it all up.
03 - Pile the mixture evenly across both bread pieces. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and starting to brown.
04 - Cut the bread into 2-inch slices while warm and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best fresh out of the oven
02 - Adjust the kick by using more or less Sriracha
