# Steps:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 375°F (190°C). This step makes sure everything cooks properly and comes out great.
02 - Take a medium baking pan and coat it lightly with cooking spray or a bit of butter so nothing sticks to it.
03 - Put together 6 eggs, a couple of cups of cottage cheese, and one cup of grated sharp cheddar in a big bowl. Mix them up really good.
04 - Sprinkle in some salt and pepper and any seasoning you like—onion powder, garlic powder, or herbs work well. Now's the time to toss in any veggies or meats you want too.
05 - Pour everything into your prepared pan and even it out. Slide it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the top is golden. Stick a knife in to test—it should come out clean if it's done.
