# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of chicken breasts without bones or skin.
02 - 8 oz of cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 cup of broth from chicken.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - 1 tsp Italian herbs blend.
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
09 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves (optional).
10 - Salt and pepper, add as needed.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and lightly coat a baking dish with some oil or spray.
02 - Spread salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning evenly on both sides of your chicken.
03 - Warm olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Place it in your baking dish afterward.
04 - In the same skillet, combine cream cheese and chicken broth, stirring until smooth. Add Parmesan and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
05 - Pour the sauce over the chicken in the dish. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, ensuring the internal chicken temperature hits 165°F.
