01 -
Boil a big pot of water with salt, then add the pasta shells. Cook them till they're firm but not too hard, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the water and cool them off.
02 -
Warm up olive oil in a big pan on medium heat. Toss in the onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Let them cook for around 4 or 5 minutes until they soften.
03 -
Put the beef or steak in a hot pan and cook until completely browned. Mix in some garlic, salt, black pepper, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Let it cook 2 minutes more, then take it off the heat to start cooling.
04 -
Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it warms up. Spray or grease a 9x13-inch baking tray.
05 -
Stuff 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mix into each cooked pasta shell. Arrange the stuffed shells neatly in your baking dish.
06 -
Scatter some shredded cheese over the filled shells. Spread Alfredo sauce on top, then finish with the rest of the cheese and a little Parmesan.
07 -
Sprinkle Italian seasoning across the whole dish for added taste.
08 -
Wrap the dish with foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
09 -
Take off the foil and bake another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
10 -
Let the shells sit for about 5 minutes to cool down a bit before digging in.
