Cinnamon Cheesecake Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 roll of store-bought sugar cookie dough.
02 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese.
03 - ¼ cup white sugar.
04 - ½ teaspoon of vanilla.
05 - ¼ cup butter, melted.
06 - ¼ cup cinnamon sugar (combine ¼ cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and get your baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Shape the sugar cookie dough into small balls and arrange them on the lined baking sheet. Press down on each ball lightly to flatten.
03 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
04 - Add a small dollop of the cream cheese mix into the middle of each flattened cookie dough piece.
05 - Place the cookies in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until they're golden on the edges and firm in the center.
06 - Right after baking, brush each cookie with some melted butter to enhance the flavor.
07 - While still warm, roll all the cookies in the cinnamon sugar mix to fully cover them in sweetness.
08 - Let the cookies cool just a little before taking a bite and enjoying the soft, churro-inspired treat.

# Notes:

01 - Adding melted butter while warm makes the cinnamon sugar stick better and boosts the flavor.
02 - These cookies taste amazing when they're gooey and still a bit warm.
