Cheesecake Crunch Bites (Print)

Tiny snacks filled with smooth cheesecake, fruity strawberry glaze, and a crispy coat of crushed graham crackers and dried strawberries.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened, for the center.
02 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for sweetness in the filling.
03 - 1 tsp vanilla, to flavor the filling.
04 - 1/4 cup strawberry puree (made from fresh or frozen strawberries), for the filling.
05 - 1 cup crushed graham crackers, for coating.
06 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar, to sweeten the outside.
07 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted, for coating.
08 - 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries, to add color and extra flavor.
09 - 1 cup strawberry glaze (use store-bought or homemade), for dipping.

# Steps:

01 - Take softened cream cheese and mix it with powdered sugar, vanilla, and strawberry puree until it's creamy and smooth.
02 - Pop the cheesecake mixture into the fridge for half an hour so it firms up.
03 - Combine melted butter, granulated sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries in a bowl. Set it aside.
04 - Once the filling is set, scoop out small portions (around an inch in size) and roll them into balls using your hands.
05 - Take each cheesecake ball and cover it with strawberry glaze. Let any extra glaze drip back into the bowl.
06 - Roll the glazed cheesecake balls into the crumb mixture, covering each ball evenly.
07 - Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill them in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.

# Notes:
