Cook bacon on medium heat till crunchy, 6-7 minutes. Set bacon aside and save fat.

In the bacon fat, cook garlic and onion till soft, about 4 minutes.

Boil ramen without seasoning, stir in peas during the final minute. Save 3/4 cup liquid before draining.

Combine eggs, Parmesan, cooked garlic and onion, bacon drippings, salt, and chili flakes in a bowl.

Stir noodles into the sauce while hot, add crispy bacon and as much reserved water as needed. Top with parsley before serving.
