Caramel Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 12 ounces of any milk you like—regular, low-fat, or even plant-based.
02 - 2 tablespoons of vanilla-flavored syrup.
03 - 2 ounces of freshly brewed espresso.
04 - Caramel topping for decoration and flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Use an espresso machine or a stovetop espresso maker to brew your espresso. Strong coffee can work too if you make about 4 ounces of it.
02 - Heat your chosen milk and then froth it until it’s foamy. You can use a whisk, milk frother, or the steam wand on an espresso machine.
03 - Pour the vanilla syrup into your cup first, then add the foamy milk.
04 - Carefully pour the espresso over the milk foam so it forms a little ‘spot’ on the top.
05 - Drizzle caramel sauce along the edges of the cup in two loops, then make a crisscross pattern in the center.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use any milk, like almond, oat, or dairy milk.
02 - If you don’t have espresso, make your coffee extra strong and use double the amount.
03 - For even more sweetness, you can pour caramel sauce in the bottom of your cup first.
