Grab a big bowl and toss in the lettuce, chicken, croutons, Parmesan, and dressing. Use tongs to mix everything well. Season to your liking with salt and pepper, and you can add more dressing if you feel like it.

Warm your tortillas one at a time over medium heat in a dry pan until they're soft and easy to fold, about 15-30 seconds each. You can also microwave them for the same time, tucked between damp paper towels. Keep them wrapped up to stay warm.

Lay out each tortilla flat. Scoop the Caesar salad mix into the middle, evenly dividing it among all the tortillas. Fold in the ends, then roll them up tight like burritos. Use toothpicks to keep them together if needed.
