Caesar Chicken Croissant (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Caesar Filling

01 - 2 cups of cooked chicken, either shredded or chopped
02 - 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
03 - 1/4 cup of Parmesan, grated finely
04 - A teaspoon of Dijon mustard, optional
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for flavor
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to your taste
07 - Half a cup of chopped romaine lettuce
08 - Optional: 1/2 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes

→ Putting It All Together

09 - 4 halved croissants
10 - Extra Parmesan shavings to sprinkle on top
11 - Optional: Lemon wedges to serve on the side

# Instructions:

01 - Mix your cooked chicken with Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a big bowl. Stir well until the chicken is nicely coated.
02 - Slice your croissants open and line the bottom halves with some chopped romaine lettuce.
03 - Scoop the chicken Caesar mix on top of the lettuce. Pop on some cherry tomato slices if you're using them, then add a few Parmesan shavings. Put the croissant tops on to finish.

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken makes this even faster to prepare.
02 - Feel free to add extras like onions or cucumber slices if you'd like.
