# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - ½ teaspoon black pepper, adjust as needed
03 - ½ teaspoon salt, adjust as needed
04 - 1½ pounds sirloin, strip loin, tenderloin, ribeye, or strip steak, cut into small pieces

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

05 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
06 - 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
07 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
08 - ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

# Steps:

01 - On high heat, warm up some olive oil in a big pan. Toss in the beef chunks and season well with salt and pepper.
02 - Let the steak sit untouched for 2 minutes so it crisps up nicely. Flip and brown the other side for an additional 2 minutes. If your pan's crowded, do this in batches.
03 - Move the steak onto a plate. Turn the heat to medium and melt some butter in the pan. Toss in the garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir for about 30 seconds, just until the garlic smells heavenly and looks a bit golden.
04 - Drizzle the garlic butter over the steak pieces, making sure they're all coated. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - Dry the steak with paper towels first for a better crust.
02 - To stop the pan from overcrowding, cook in smaller groups if necessary.
03 - Let the steak rest briefly before eating so the juices stay inside.
04 - You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
