Kolaches Breakfast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 12 frozen dinner rolls (uncooked)
02 - 6 breakfast sausages (pre-cooked)

→ Egg Mixture

03 - 8 eggs
04 - 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

→ Toppings

08 - 6 slices of cheddar cheese
09 - 1/4 cup of everything bagel seasoning mix

# Instructions:

01 - Let the frozen rolls sit out for about 20 minutes at room temp so they soften and are easier to handle.
02 - Beat the eggs with cream, season, and cook them until just barely done. Stir in the chopped-up sausage pieces.
03 - Flatten pieces of dough, place cheese slices and filling mixture on each. Seal up the edges by pinching together; a little water will help.
04 - Roll each closed dough in seasoning. Lay them on a parchment-lined tray, cover, and let them rise for half an hour.
05 - Spread them out about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350°F for 15-17 minutes. Let cool down for 10 minutes before eating.
