Let the frozen rolls sit out for about 20 minutes at room temp so they soften and are easier to handle.

Beat the eggs with cream, season, and cook them until just barely done. Stir in the chopped-up sausage pieces.

Flatten pieces of dough, place cheese slices and filling mixture on each. Seal up the edges by pinching together; a little water will help.

Roll each closed dough in seasoning. Lay them on a parchment-lined tray, cover, and let them rise for half an hour.

Spread them out about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350°F for 15-17 minutes. Let cool down for 10 minutes before eating.
