Boursin Chicken Dinner (Print)

Juicy chicken breasts in a rich, creamy Boursin cheese sauce, perfect for an easy yet fancy meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 5.2 oz garlic herb Boursin cheese.
02 - 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil.
03 - 1/2 cup rich chicken broth.
04 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless, about 1.5 lbs.
05 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika if you'd like a smoky touch.

# Steps:

01 - Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika (if you're using it) all over the chicken breasts.
02 - In a hot skillet with oil, cook the chicken 4–5 minutes per side till nicely browned. Set aside.
03 - Pour broth into the pan to loosen bits stuck to the bottom. Stir in cream and Boursin till it gets smooth.
04 - Put chicken back, let it simmer for 8-10 minutes until it reaches 165°F inside. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
