BLT Chicken Idea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ What You Need for the Salad

01 - 1 pound crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled
02 - 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced up
03 - 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 celery stalks, chopped into small pieces
05 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

→ Dressing Ingredients

06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
08 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered onion
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 cup light mayo

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together bacon, chicken, celery pieces, halved tomatoes, and diced onion in a big bowl.
02 - In a small separate bowl, stir together mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Dump the dressing on top of the salad mixture and gently stir until fully combined.
04 - You can serve it right away or refrigerate for about an hour to enhance the taste.

# Notes:

01 - Rotisserie chicken works great, but you can also boil chicken breasts and shred them.
02 - Adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
