Billion Cookie Bars bring together Oreo crust, cookie dough, creamy cheesecake, and caramel for an unforgettable dessert.

# Ingredients:

01 - Crush 1 pack (14.3 oz) of Golden Oreos into fine crumbs.
02 - Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter.
03 - Soften ½ cup of unsalted butter.
04 - Grab ½ cup of white sugar.
05 - Pack down ½ cup of brown sugar.
06 - 1 large egg, uncooked.
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
08 - 1 ¼ cups of regular all-purpose flour.
09 - ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
10 - ¼ teaspoon of table salt.
11 - 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
12 - 8 oz of cream cheese, left out to soften.
13 - ¼ cup of sugar (granulated kind).
14 - Another teaspoon of vanilla extract.
15 - 1 more large egg.
16 - ½ cup store-bought or homemade caramel sauce.
17 - ½ cup chopped pecans.
18 - ½ cup small toffee bits.
19 - ¼ cup of tiny chocolate chips.

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment and set aside.
02 - Mix the crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Firmly press into the lined pan.
03 - To make the cookie dough layer, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix again. In a different bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly combine with the first mixture, then fold in chocolate chips. Gently spread this over the Oreo crust.
04 - Whip the softened cream cheese until it's smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, beating well, then blend in the egg. Spread this over the cookie dough.
05 - Pour caramel sauce over the top layer. Scatter chopped pecans, little toffee pieces, and mini chocolate chips evenly on top.
06 - Put the pan in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes. The edges should look golden, and the middle should be firm. Let it cool down fully in the pan.
07 - Use the parchment to lift everything out of the pan. Slice into smaller pieces and enjoy.
