→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups of thinly sliced and peeled potatoes
02 - 1 pound of ground beef, lean preferred
03 - ¾ cup of milk
04 - A pinch of salt and black pepper as desired
05 - 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - ½ cup of diced onion
07 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) of condensed cream of mushroom soup

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready.
02 - Using a big skillet, cook the ground beef over medium to high heat for 5–7 minutes until it's crumbly and browned. Pour off the grease, then set it aside.
03 - Grab a mixing bowl and stir together the chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and a bit of pepper until blended.
04 - In a 2-quart dish for baking, layer the sliced potatoes, browned meat, and soup mixture one after the other.
05 - Put the dish in the oven. Cook for 60 to 90 minutes until those potato slices are nice and soft.
06 - Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese all over the top and pop it back in the oven. Heat it until the cheese starts bubbling and melts.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in extra veggies like peas or carrot slices if you want more nutrition.
02 - Want a richer taste? Grab a can of mushroom soup with roasted garlic.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for three days max.
