Beefy Noodles Dish (Print)

A speedy dish with ground beef, noodles, and a tangy sauce. Perfect for a satisfying dinner in just half an hour!

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
02 - 1/4 cup hoisin sauce.
03 - 8 oz noodles (like spaghetti or lo mein).
04 - 1 lb ground beef.
05 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely minced.
06 - 1 tsp finely minced ginger.
07 - 2 tbsp packed brown sugar.
08 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional.
09 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
10 - Sesame seeds for topping.
11 - 1 tbsp sesame oil, for cooking.

# Steps:

01 - Follow the noodle package instructions to cook them. Drain completely and put them aside for now.
02 - Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the beef and cook until it's no longer pink, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain the extra fat if needed.
03 - Mix in ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes if you're using them. Keep cooking for another minute or two until you can smell the aroma.
04 - Add the hoisin, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes so the sauce thickens up a bit.
05 - Throw the noodles into the skillet. Stir them around so the sauce and beef cover them really well.
06 - Top with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and red pepper flakes if you're into spice. Serve it hot and dig in.

# Notes:

01 - This speedy meal combines the savory taste of Mongolian beef with stir-fried noodles for a satisfying dinner.
02 - If you like things mild, feel free to leave out the red pepper flakes!
