Pepper Steak Bell (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch.
02 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
03 - 1 pound steak (flank, ribeye, or sirloin), thinly sliced.
04 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips.
05 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips.
06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
07 - 1/4 cup broth or water (beef works best).
08 - 1 onion, sliced thin.
09 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
10 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated.
11 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Toss the sliced beef until coated. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Cook beef slices for 1-2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
03 - Stir-fry the onions and peppers for 3-4 minutes. Toss in ginger and garlic at the end.
04 - Add the cooked beef back to the veggies. Pour in the broth and let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens up.
