# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of whipped cream.
02 - Fresh banana slices.
03 - ½ cup mashed bananas.
04 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
05 - 3 large eggs.
06 - ½ cup melted, unsalted butter.
07 - ½ cup sour cream.
08 - 3 packages of cream cheese (8 oz each), brought to room temperature.
09 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
10 - 1 cup white sugar.
11 - 1½ cups of crushed graham crackers.
12 - ½ cup chopped strawberries.
13 - Fresh strawberry slices for garnishing.

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs, some sugar, and melted butter together in a bowl. Spread evenly into the base of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it rest to cool down.
02 - Cream together the softened cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until you get a smooth texture. Slowly add in sour cream, eggs (one by one), and vanilla, mixing after putting in each.
03 - Gently fold the mashed bananas along with the strawberry pieces into the cheesecake batter. Pour the fruity mix onto the cooled base.
04 - Bake the cheesecake for 50 to 60 minutes until the middle is set. Leave it in the turned-off oven with the door slightly open to cool completely.
05 - After it has cooled off completely, pop it into the fridge for at least 4 hours or leave it overnight.
06 - Before you dig in, dress it up with whipped cream, banana slices, and strawberry slices on top.
07 - Cut into slices, share it, and dig into this fruity and creamy treat!
