Set your oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs, some sugar, and melted butter together in a bowl. Spread evenly into the base of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it rest to cool down.

Cream together the softened cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until you get a smooth texture. Slowly add in sour cream, eggs (one by one), and vanilla, mixing after putting in each.

Gently fold the mashed bananas along with the strawberry pieces into the cheesecake batter. Pour the fruity mix onto the cooled base.

Bake the cheesecake for 50 to 60 minutes until the middle is set. Leave it in the turned-off oven with the door slightly open to cool completely.

After it has cooled off completely, pop it into the fridge for at least 4 hours or leave it overnight.
