Easy No-Bake Breakfast Bars (Print Version)

01 - 5 ripe bananas, thoroughly mashed
02 - 1 cup peanut butter (or your favorite nut/seed butter)
03 - 4 cups rolled oats
04 - 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or diced fruit for a baby-friendly version)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine your mashed bananas, peanut butter, rolled oats, and chocolate chips. Mix everything together until you've got a uniform mixture.
03 - Pour your mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly, making sure to smooth the top.
04 - Pop the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes. You'll know they're done when the edges turn a lovely golden brown and the bars feel set.
05 - Take the bars out of the oven and let them cool completely in the dish before cutting them into squares. Patience is key here!
