Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine your mashed bananas, peanut butter, rolled oats, and chocolate chips. Mix everything together until you've got a uniform mixture.

Pour your mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it out evenly, making sure to smooth the top.

Pop the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes. You'll know they're done when the edges turn a lovely golden brown and the bars feel set.
