Banana Milk Coffee (Print)

Boost your morning with this cold brew mixed with smooth banana milk. Quick, yummy, and packed with energy—your new favorite drink in 5 minutes!

# Ingredients:

→ Banana Blend

01 - 1 overripe banana
02 - 1 tablespoon of homemade or store-bought simple syrup
03 - 1 cup of any milk variety (regular or plant-based)

→ Coffee Layer

04 - Ice cubes for serving
05 - 1 cup of chilled cold brew coffee

# Steps:

01 - Throw the banana, milk, and syrup in a blender. Let it run for around a minute until the texture is silky smooth, with zero banana chunks left.
02 - Drop some ice cubes into two tall glasses (16-ounce size) so they’re ready to hold everything.
03 - Split the cold brew equally between the glasses by pouring it over the ice cubes.
04 - Carefully pour the banana blend over the coffee in both glasses. Watch the layers come to life for a cool visual effect.
05 - Pop in straws and serve straight away. Stir if you like blending the layers, or sip as-is to keep the layers intact.

# Notes:

01 - Pick any milk you like—regular dairy or plant-based choices such as soy, oat, or almond work fine.
02 - For a naturally sweeter flavor, use a banana that’s heavily spotted.
03 - Mix equal parts of sugar and water in a pan over medium heat to make simple syrup at home.
